Job Description

The Identity and Access Management Analyst reports to the Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM). The IAM Analyst will focus on Privilege Access Management (PAM). This position will interface with IT users to understand and document their privilege access requirements and propose solutions. The successful candidate will also help to develop operational processes for privilege access identity lifecycle management. Initially, the tasks for this role are expected to be 90% operational and 10% project-related.



  • Execution of controls around Privilege Access Identity lifecycle management;
  • Work with various application owners to define roles based on privilege access;
  • Participates in program design review working directly with customers and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the PAM platform;
  • Assist with the planning and execution of SOX/PCI user access certifications and audits as required;
  • Support PAM application stack, including troubleshooting with networking and computer systems;
  • Perform maintenance, upkeep and configure the Privilege Access Management systems;
  • Partner with stakeholders and system owners to educate and influence decisions to support the PAM program;
  • Works with vendors and partners to develop and manage the program;
  • Advises the team in maintaining and assessing operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities;
  • Consult with business units when implementing access levels for new systems;
  • Other duties as assigned by management;


Job Requirements


  • Ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience working within the information security and/or identity management disciplines
  • Prior experience in a business systems analyst/process automation, server or networking engineering role
  • Prior experience with identity management tools (e.g. Centrify, Archer, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Radiant Logic, Forge Rock, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), etc.)
  • A university degree in the field of computer science, IT or Information Security
  • Security industry certifications are a plus 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates strong organization skills and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, UNIX/Linux, AWS IAM
  • Experience with PCI and SOX audit programs
  • Exceptionally self-motivated, effective multi-tasking, and thrives in a small team environment
  • Possess excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of RBAC methodologies
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and processes
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good interpersonal skills
