Position Summary:
The Lead, Enterprise Transformation will embed within a digital product team(s) to apply RCL¿s change management methodology and tools. This role will be responsible for understanding the implications of a new digital capability, documenting key organizational changes and impacted roles, and developing and implementing change, communications, and training strategies and plans to help RCL¿s impacted people get ready for change. This role will design and implement a comprehensive change management plan that engages all impacted RCL stakeholders, at all levels, in offices and on ships, and from product concept, composition, and code. In addition, s/he will design stakeholder interventions to support demos, product readiness testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
The candidate's primary responsibilities will be to:
- Synthesize digital product business case, rationale, and expected benefits
- Build partnerships with and embed with digital product teams
- Apply, test, and iterate RCL Change Management tools and templates
- Develop change management strategies and plans work plan across all areas of focus:
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, and defines and executes stakeholder engagement plans
- Assess organizational change impacts; define appropriate change interventions
- Develop communications and training content; coordinate with internal respective business functions for execution
- Execute change adoption assessments and corresponding action plans
- Assess leadership alignment, defining and executing leadership engagement plans as needed
- Manages the change agent network and super user program

- Identify, develop and execute core change activities across project phases as part of overall change strategy
- Serve as change management lead or consultant within a digital product team(s)
- Integrate efforts of change, communications, and training practitioners to ensure an integrated change management effort
- Partner with project managers and business leaders as part of program team
- Run stakeholder meetings with participants at all levels to validate change impacts to people, process, and technology, and create mitigation plans
- Develop a variety of communication materials to educate, inform, and prepare stakeholders
- Design or enhance change management training curriculums; deliver training (if applicable) in a variety of forums
- Develop and utilize change measurements and metrics to measure and track the effectiveness of change interventions at individual and organization levels; using approaches including as examples; survey feedback, focus groups, 360-degree assessments, and custom designed measures. Interpret change measures and facilitate action planning with business functions

- Continually monitor and measure the effectiveness of RCL¿s change management processes and tools against business goals and requirements
