POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Account Executive of Product Advertising is responsible for managing multiple projects together with our internal and external agency partners. This team member launches and manages product specific campaign work, collaborates with departmental peers and ensures they have a full grasp of the product needs and upcoming developments to ensure we are well planned for our content capture needs across the organization. They should have a passion for marketing and should have an understanding of brand building and advertising.

This job requires that you be extremely organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development, planning, execution and evaluation of marketing programs
  • Building solid execution plans for product campaigns enabling connection to key demographic audience through:
  • Brand acts and activations
  • Partnership executions that enable the above
  • Multi-channel communications
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Should be team player with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborates across business units with other key stakeholders to merge with overall marketing communication plans across the brand for any new or amplified product launches.
  • Support manager with communications with the product and innovation teams, along with Go To Market and ensure updates are being applied to our strategic approach as needed.
  • Assist manager in being the produce resident expert on timelines, roll out plans, and content needs based on upcoming product changes. 
  • Assist manager with the development of project briefs - this requires communication with the insights group and or the media team
  • Lead day-to-day responsibilities with brand partnerships and execute creative campaigns tied to partnership.   This is inclusive of MSG and the activations and content programs etc.
  • Liaising with our internal and external agency partners on a daily basis ensuring expectations are constantly met.
  • Executes the ongoing day-to-day requirements of product marketing, managing the development and execution of creative assets. As well as managing day to day communications with agency team on key projects to ensure the strategy and assignment is being delivered through the creative development.
  • Coordinate to ensure efficient progress of project workflow and reviews. Create action plans and project documentation as needed.
  • Developing solutions with agency, production and internal partners to the scope that has been agreed
  • Actively participate in meetings generating creative, goal-aligned solutions and consolidated feedback 
  • Implement and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
  • Support asset creation and the delivery of the advertising plan and productions by providing clear feedback, direction, and guiding the team to successful delivery of program initiatives
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Source key information and develop insightful briefs, lead kick off calls with the agency teams and drive projects to completion.
  • Partner with internal production team and agency to lead photo, video and drone productions and ensure content captured is aligned with campaign. Establishing scope, budget and production plans both pre and post.
  • Partnering with the strategy and insights team to better understand consumer and technology trends as it relates to each product campaign.
  • Maintaining a rigorous calendar of all account deliverables and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly status meetings with manager and director.
  • Performs other duties as required.


 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a marketing and/or advertising agency. Product Marketing experience preferred but not required. 
  • 3+ years of experience in creative concept development & execution, strategy and branding
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor
  • A strong understanding of marketing practices. Understanding of integrated marketing, knowledgeable in 360-degree campaigns
  • Well-organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills. Work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines. Must be able to work under pressure
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and articulate project needs clearly
  • Ability to provide solutions under time constraints
  • Ability to work with senior business minds to help them achieve their objectives
  • An understanding of marketing productions (video and photo)
  • Experience with brand activations or events
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
  • PowerPoint) in order to ensure the completion of documents, presentations and reports
