TEMP: Sr. Account Executive, Digital Marketing (Booked Guests)

The Sr. Account Executive, Digital Marketing for Booked Guests is focused on areas of the website that inform a booked guest of next steps to take, with increasing online onboard revenue conversions and APD as the main goal. They are responsible for the full end-to-end web journey of a booked guests, owning the development of content and new functional experiences for shore excursions and non-shorex onboard revenue products including, but not limited to, internet, dining and beverage packages. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Guide end-to-end deployment of global promotions for onboard revenue including land programs, shore excursions, non-shorex products, and QA all promotions immediately following launch
  • Partnering with Product and OBR teams to define merchandising calendar, product focuses, and communications cadence
  • Develop and deploy booked guest optimization testing roadmap with agency and Excalibur teams, and communicating performance
  • Maintain existing brand informational pages tied to a booked guests’ web journey
  • Support best practices in content and site architecture to ensure optimal booked guest web journey
  • Monitor technical performance and troubleshooting prioritized defects and bugs with IT partners and agencies
  • Responsible for reporting on OBR web performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end basis, and attending OBR trading meetings
  • Successfully transition and communicate new changes to booked guest digital experiences in partnership with Excalibur and Product team

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in Marketing or related field
